I am a doula and perinatal educator with a special interest in women’s emotional health and wellbeing. I run weekly women only active birth and pregnancy yoga classes in Redditch and Bromsgrove, as well as weekend birth partner workshops. My work focuses on supporting families throughout the perinatal period preparing women and their partners for birth and parenthood, and supporting families with breastfeeding.

For pregnancy, I deliver both women only and couples sessions plus my amazing pre-labour 'ready for birth' relax and release sessions too perfect for close to your due date, prior to an induction or if labour has been rumbling on for a day or two. For once baby is born I deliver baby massage and yoga classes as well as therapy for perinatal trauma.
